  • Ambolt AI: technical advisor, responsible for developing the necessary algorithms and IT architecture, ensuring the solution is technically sound and structured to maximise efficiency.

Challenges and motivation

Bentax faces the challenge of harnessing large volumes of data from their new digital systems and extracting maximum value from them. With data from ERP and CRM systems, the updated webshop, and IoT-equipped coffee machines, the ambition is to integrate data from customers' financial flows with Bentax's solutions. This enables accurate predictions of customers' future needs, reduces waste, and improves inventory management.

One of the project's main focus areas is the combination of historical data with real-time data from IoT devices, allowing Bentax to predict and suggest orders in appropriate quantities at the right times. The project also places strong emphasis on sustainability, where automated reordering helps reduce environmental impact by minimising overconsumption and optimising logistics.
